Best bank for me

When I went into business about 3 years ago I approached my previous bank to set up a business account and they rejected me for no reason after a 2-week delay. The next day I walked into a Metro branch without an appointment and walked out two hours later with it all set up and running. No contest! Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Great Customer Service

I have had business banking through MetroBank for nearly 10 years now and wouldn't take my business anywhere else ! The customer service advisors are second to none, and if they can't help immediately they will get someone to help straight away to solve an issue. The waiting time to answer is no time at all and when they say they will call back to help they do. Great customer service, great easy app and helpful staff in stores. Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Simple "free" business banking

Proffessional , friendly and easy to deal with even in the middle of a pandemic!

I switched my business bank account to Metro recently and the team at Peterborough Metro couldn't have made a fairly stressful move go any smoother . Even the few teething problems I had where ironed out professionally and quickly and I have full peace of mind that someone is on hand when I need them . Even if it is a silly question! Quick, Easy, Efficient

It takes less than 2 hours to open a Business Account in a Metro Bank branch. After that, website, mobile app and telephone banking are efficient enough to allow you not to visit any branch for the ordinary banking operations. In addition, Metro Bank has continued to offer an excellent Customer Service throughout the pandemic, unlike the other banks, who annoyngly and drastically reduced their level of services. Great Business Banking

I have used Metrobank for my business banking for years. The extended opening hours and weekends and bank holiday opening are really useful and i saved a fortune on fees ! My only regret is i did not switch to them earlier . Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
