Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Really lovely people.

When I'd had dreadful problems trying to set up a Business account, Metro were so helpful. Marina explained everything & made a stressful time much easier Northampton branch even donated Easter eggs to our bike run on the 2nd April '23. Able to print new debit cards in store, visit them in stores on Sundays and also they open from early till late Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Really good bank.

I can usually only get to the bank at weekends and being open at weekends really helps. The instant replacement card in store is so much better then waiting for a week or so for a replacement. I have my business and personal account with them and I wouldn't use any other bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Fantastic All Round

Metro Bank have been brilliant from a personal and business point of view always very helpful in store and on the phone. I would state their custom care to be the best high street bank by far! Most probably the only bank where you can open an account and obtain a debit card on the same day. Metro give banking the personal touch. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
