Best bank I have worked with!

Metro have made my business banking so easy, that I don’t even have to worry about it anymore. From the opening of my account, which was all done online, to the day to day running of my banking, they always have options available to assist and the customer service representatives have always gone above and beyond to help me with any transaction or problems! Banking how its meant to be

Having been with 2 of the major high street banks for over 50 years I got fed up with their lack of customer awareness, value, and loyalty, I opened a Metro bank business and personal account, it was as refreshing as a fine spring day, treated with respect by the nicest of staff nothing is to much trouble opening hours fantastic, banking as it used to be and should be, Other banks must have their heads buried in the sand not to see your business model. well done all of you.
