There when you need them

Metro Bank doesn't try to force its customers to use the ways and times of banking that best suit the bank's interests: they give the customers all the options and let them do things the way they like. The only reason I don't give them 10 stars is their branch network coverage still has a few gaps. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Reliable, Dependable and high quality customer service

Had difficulty opening an online business account for several days and when that did not work out, I complained to the bank and I was asked to come to the bank and within two hours, I was able to open a business account. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
