Absolutely, Amazing , Awesome .the original triple A star

Very approachable, knowledgeable staff . I previously had issues and it was sorted out very swiftly. . The issues where my issues and metro made a big difference. Totally straight forward and stress free . Would recommend them as your first and only bank . Well done. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Customer service in bank itself

My business manager has gone above and beyond since we switched our business accounts to Metro a couple of years back. He actually got us out of a couple of sticky situations, which is something he didn't need to do given the context. Knocks all other banks we've dealt with into a cocked hat!
