Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Community a/c

Metro Bank in Crawley made it so easy to open our Community A/c, they guided through the process and ensured our concerns were easily dealt with. We have found the online cash free bank account a great benefit and easy to operate. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Saved the day!!

I’ve always found the support from Metro Bank to be second to none. My business was due to undertake a large transaction when I realised the account card was out of date. The transaction couldn’t have happened without the branch being able to generate a new card in branch in a short space of time. I’m forever grateful for Metro bank saving the day!!
