Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

First Class Bank for our business.

We have been using Metro Bank for nearly 5 years. The web based banking is first class & very easy to use. in the small number of times we have called into our branch they have been polite & extremely helpful. Easy and Simple banking experience

I was added as an accountant to a Business client account in professional manner. Also I was introduced to Metro Bank Business Banking services by providing answers to all my curious questions. Metro Bank provides a friendly customer service with a direct contact person instead of 'call to' customer service and queuing on line. Community Banking, done right

To whom it may concern At the end of 2022 we were in a hurry to open a Community Account, in order that we could rush through an important commission to support at risk children with disabilities, ahead of Christmas. We required a level of service and a human touch, from motivated staff. They were able to support, check and hurry an application through to opening in a very short period of time. Without a community account the commission would never been met, and a vital community service would have been missed. Great job, and a pleasure working with them going forwards.
