easy, accessible, human

A very easy process, with clear and accessible ways to manage your money. More than anything, it is human. There are people to talk to, I actually know a handful of staff members on a first name basis and I see them more than once, much better than any other bank I've used. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Quick, easy, and efficient staff excellent

Staff are always helpful and fast on the phone and in the branches. We suffered a fraud this year also and metro got us our money back. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Open all hours

Not quite open all hours but always seem to be open whenever I want to visit the local store. This includes Sundays and late on weekdays. Very helpful staff on any query and prompt response to solve any stages. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Always helpful always efficient

Easy to run account in person or by phone. Open late. Offered a trust account when most banks didn't. Always efficient and helpful, easy to talk to, good at problem solving.
