I would never go back to the old way of banking

Metro Bank is open when i need it to be so i can go at the weekends, the staff are always very welcoming and helpful, its modern day banking at its best retaining the old type customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Absolute joy to deal with

The bank and the manager we deal with are just a pleasure to deal with and remind me of what a bank should be. Professional. responsive and get things done in an efficient manner that gives you confidence in their services. It remind me of how banks used to treat their customers and after 35 years running a business its a reminder of what has been missing in the sector for a long time and puts faith back into the banking sector. Not just a faceless call centre

I've had lots of business bank accounts over the years I have run businesses and each one starts off promising the world with a named person who manages your account but in time the branch closes and you are inevitably passed on to a call centre. But with Metro Bank I was introduced to my account manager when I opened the account and whilst I don't call in that often when I have done it's nice to see them and they remember your name and know all about your business and how they can help.
