Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Best bank for business banking

We opened an account with metro during lockdown and it couldn’t have been easier! Lots of other high street banks put up unnecessary barriers or made things difficult where metro sorted it all in a day. Working with them ever since has been a dream. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Prompt service with a telephone query

One phone call, which was answered quickly, no long delay as suffered with other High Street banks and I was back on line and able to continue my work straight away. Excellent service Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

7 days a week and long hours- they understand business!

Metro bank is there online, in person/in store and in the call centers 7 days a week and not just 9-5. With their help I can sort out financial tasks whenever I want. They are personable and helpful, unlike the big UK high street 4 who couldn’t care a jot. Generally simple

Great for the straight forward stuff, and with minimal fees, it's great for our business. Just don't try opening a safe deposit box for your company here. It confuses them to no end and forget asking for a VAT receipt for it! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
