Great customer care

Metro bank notified my super quickly about a possible fraudulent transactions on my credit card account. They acted swiftly and my money was reimbursed within a week. Amazing! Although there was slight misunderstanding over the phone regarding the transactions, when I went to the bank I was listened to and everything was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
