The only bank that shows it values the individual

What I've always loved about Metro is they have looked at the most inconvenient elements of standard banking practice that all the other banks have done forever and moved the inconvenience to themselves, away from the customer. The best examples are: - A coin machine to count up all your loose change for you, they don't ask you to count up every single denomination of coin separately and bag them up individually. - Open late in the evenings as well as saturdays and sundays - printing of replacement card in store - none of this wait 3 to 5 working days nonsense. And on top of this, the staff are just so friendly, welcoming and show that they value you. They are clearly well looked after and it flows downwards into how they look after their customers.
