Trying to change an email address

I've spent all morning and part of the afternoon trying to change my email address - without success. I was put through enhanced security. I failed when asked to give characters from the name of my last school. They didn't know whether blanks counted (my school has three words) so I was sunk. I asked if we could move on to another question and they said no. A fail is a fail. I'd already given them name, birth date, account number, customer number, pin number, password, address, three direct debit payment details, approximate balance, branch I opened account, date I opened account, debit card number, 3-digit security number, phone number, old mobile number, old email address, and more. AMAZEING

Colleagues are so friendly and happy to help. Personal service to everyone rather than making me use a machine to do everything. Free EU transactions on a current account, excellent rates for savings accounts, so easy to open and everything up and running on the day! No waiting for cards and online banking in the post!
