Prompt and meticulous service

My experience applying for an account with metro bank was overwhelmingly positive. Staff were very courteous in their service and had been able to sort out my account promptly. I also found that there were many options for other accounts that were very convenient for a University student like me such as the set up for the ISA account. Best customer service

Metro Bank exceeded all the expectations for me. Best customer services I’ve ever experienced. The online banking and the mobile application are very efficient and easy to use. I once lost my card, I expected to wait for weeks to get a new one. Little did I know that they will print me one while I was standing in the branch, literally took me 15 mins.
