Metro Bank exceeded all the expectations for me. Best customer services I’ve ever experienced. The online banking and the mobile application are very efficient and easy to use. I once lost my card, I expected to wait for weeks to get a new one. Little did I know that they will print me one while I was standing in the branch, literally took me 15 mins.
