Access to branch for face to face assistance 7 days a week. The App is great, easy to use which is great for me as I'm not tech savy. Customer services always helpful, even talked me through the process of regaining Access when I'd locked myself out of my online account. My card was swallowed when I used incorrect Pin, simple phone call had a new one in 24hrs. A fantastic bank . I recommend 100%. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I love having a current account with them , the hours are convenient, helpful smiley staff, never keep you waiting . Love being able to take my dog. The only negative is their interest rate lower than other banks . Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
