Everything you need

Just Amazing service and support !

The thing I love about Metro is they are committed to the high street and want to be a walk in bank whilst also being committed to online banking, such a refreshing attitude that our traditional British banking system should be in awe of. I found opening an account easy and straightforward (including business banking). As a result I have recommended them to many friends and family who I know have opened accounts with them since. Excellent Banking Services

Being new in UK i find it difficult in process with different banks, When I visited Metro Bank their customer service is so excellent they took care of everything with and explained about documentations which al was very easy I switched my accounts to this bank, have been since 3 months happy with their service. Best bank

I had a lot of trouble with the 4 main banks when I wanted an account. Metro Bank understood my concerns and made me feel that they appreciated my customer. And that has been the same up to today. I feel important to them and they are straight forward and easy to use and always on the phone if you need them 24/7 what more could you ask for. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy like Sunday morning

It so easy to create and account, set it up on my phone that even I could do it, i bragged about it for weeks. i have also done the inevitable and forgotten my password and locked my account.. on a Sunday, I know right :( but guess what, there was a branch just on my local high street, bish bash bosh sorted.. lovely Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
