Very accessible

I love the fact when I finished work I can go to metro bank after normal banking hours, even on a Sunday which is fantastic. I find metro bank are more modern and up to date, like opening times, allowing dogs into their premises. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Best Bank by Far

Best Bank by far , friendly knowledgeable staff , Bank card given as soon as you open your accounts ( no waiting for it to be delivered by post ) and opening hours / days are superb.. online app is great , shame there’s not more Metro Banks around need more in the South West … Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Wouldn't change for another

When I needed to open an account four banks turn me down and I lost a lot of time. Then I stumbled upon a Metro Bank branch in Chiswick, got in and was done in 40 minutes. Since then didn't have any problems. The staff in every branch are very pleasant and the service they provide is very professional and quick.
