A bank that is open when you need it

Metro staff are professional and helpful. Also I am very happy that they open late and in Sunday's so I can get all my banking done when convenient to me. The 'older' banks need to learn from Metro. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

One of if not the best. if you need to speak to or visit your bank after normal working hours then you’re in luck you can pop in and get seen to or alternatively you can just use the mobile app. I have no complaints Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Amazing customer service.

Metro bank customer service is second to none. It doesn't take long to get through if I need advice and Metro staff are efficient and thougher in making sure your issue is resolved fast. The staff at the bank are friendly and very caring. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Up to date banking

Metro is very up to date with their banking and customer service. The banks themselves are very welcoming and I love that they have water and treats out for dogs. I love the machine for children to use so they can put their pennies in and it can go straight into their account or they can get it back in cash. The kids love using this. My current account was very simple to open. The customer service agent described everything and explained the whole process to me very clearly. Understanding that I have learned in difficulties he didn't make me feel small or stupid. He simply helped me and went the extra mile for me, which was absolutely fantastic. I've had several things happen to my account that was not Metro Bank's fault and as soon as I called Metro Bank about these things that had happened, the customer service agents sorted it out immediately and did not make me feel like I was at fault. I do have a bank account with another bank, however I can honestly say that Metro is the best bank that I've ever been with. The app is absolutely fantastic and so easy to use. The only thing I would change on the app is the ability to see your pin and possibly more biometric security. However, I do feel like my account is safe. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Always friendly and helpful and another bonus is you don’t have to pay for transactions abroad like you have to with other banks. This ment my recent long weekend abroad was stress free and ment I didn’t have to worry about carrying lots of cash or the bank charges I may get Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Been with this bank for years and have never let me down

I have been with metro for over 5 years now and they have helped through everything I may need including loans, savers account, etc I have recommended half my family to this bank and now we all bank with them together! #1 bank I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to transfer and receive the best experience when banking!
