Wonderful Service with Fabulous Products!

I've been a member of Metro Bank for several years now and I'm always taken by just how customer centric they are in the services and products they provide. Although we're 3 years on from Covid-times, I often think back to how Metro Bank continued to provide a quality service to its customers when other banks couldn't function. Even now some other bank branches haven't returned to pre-covid service levels, yet Metro Bank went back to their original opening hours as soon as it was safe to do so, ensuring that their customers could access everything as they could before. Eventime I visit my branch, the service I'm given is excellent and my products to continue to provide me with what I need. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
