Fantastic all-round banking!

I switched from one of the "big four" banks to Metro Bank in 2014 and found that everything from customer services through to the in-store visits to be so much better with Metro Bank. I travel extensively in Europe throughout the year, so the icing on the cake for me is the ability to use my Metro Bank card in many countries without the ridiculous charges applied by my previous bank.
