As a rule very good experience and efficient

Metrobank have always been very efficient helpful fast. Only once in ten years have I had an issue. All in all a great experience unlike Barclays who failed me at every turn. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Customer service was good , But waiting period was long .

Very friendly, always helpful and ready to solve any problem.

When ever I walk into the bank always someone receives us and deals with our problem.There online services are amazing as well. I have a toddler so its hard to visit bank every time so they always solve my problem over the phone or through email. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

EASY STREET

Set up online, and had a account with in 20mins, needed a little over draft to get me through. Boom, sorted ! Paid it off and had it removed from my account. No problem ! Always there and always happy to help. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Efficient effective friendly opening times

Always positive to be really honest ! staff always helpful , not pushy when Giving advice. Just opened a savings Account by counter staff via app. Talked me throughout the process And for me put my mind at rest. Dog friendly also even better. Small Touches matter !
