The best bank on the high street

You always get excellent customer service at Metro Bank with friendly helpful staff to speak to and pass the time of day with (instead of machines and indifferent staff which is the norm for other banks). They’re also open decent hours (again unlike all the other banks who practically shut for half a day every day and are closed all weekend!) Also, Metro bank’s online banking and app are simple and easy to use. I can’t speak highly enough of Metro bank, they are truly the best high street bank. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

I’ve been with Metro for around a couple of years now and I can honestly say that they have the best customer service from any bank I’ve been with. Made getting a bank account a very easy process

I suffer with anxiety but i felt relaxed setting up my bank in metro bank bristol. The staff are very warm there and before i knew it i was walking out with my card in no time. I was also given a goodwill gesture of £10 as i had to come in a few times to hand in id/bill letters and my tenancy agreement as i didn’t have photo id i had to take these extra steps but the process was made very easy and streamlined by the friendly staff. I remember a guy james who helped me and my worker with printing out documents that showed what letters and stuff i would need to open my bank. All in all the best customer service i have ever received. I would like to thank the manager who was very nice with giving me the goodwill gesture. Thanks to metro bank i finally had a card.
