Just excellent

The service that Metro provides is second to none. I moved accounts from other banks and am delighted I did so. The easy to understand help that Metro offer is ideal for me and I can also pop into a branch anytime for help if I need it. The staff are well informed, courteous and patient. All round, excellent. Overall the best banking and customer service experience.

Every single time I’ve used or been into a metro bank branch I have had nothing but. 5* service and also any service received has been in the castes and most efficient manner. Would recommend anyone and everyone to use this bank. They are always open later than any other bank I’ve previously been with, which to me makes it stand out from the rest!
