I wouldn't switch bank

I've been with metro for at least 8 years now & can truly say their service is next to none. Everything from the welcome I receive, their customer service, to their pens & lollipop is so consistent! The best bank on the high street

You always get excellent customer service at Metro Bank with friendly helpful staff to speak to and pass the time of day with (instead of machines and indifferent staff which is the norm for other banks). They’re also open decent hours (again unlike all the other banks who practically shut for half a day every day and are closed all weekend!) Also, Metro bank’s online banking and app are simple and easy to use. I can’t speak highly enough of Metro bank, they are truly the best high street bank. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

My first ever bank and have had no major problems or bad experiences

Fantastic customer service.

I’ve been with Metro for around a couple of years now and I can honestly say that they have the best customer service from any bank I’ve been with.
