Personal touch

Good bank

Great modern bank

I moved to Metro from Barclays as I was unable to arrange an appointment and the customer service had gone down hill. I walked into Metro and on that day, moved all of my accounts across, opened multiple new accounts including savings as well as a joint account with my partner, got mortgage advice, setup online baking, and put coins into my new accounts using the magic coin counter and I felt listened to and more up to speed with banking. The opening hours are brilliant and the app is very easy to use. I would/ have highly recommend Metro bank to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
