Good bank

Metro bank is a great bank, not much I can complain about apart from the downtime gets a little long for online banking, the worst I have experienced it was for 2 and a half days Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great modern bank

I moved to Metro from Barclays as I was unable to arrange an appointment and the customer service had gone down hill. I walked into Metro and on that day, moved all of my accounts across, opened multiple new accounts including savings as well as a joint account with my partner, got mortgage advice, setup online baking, and put coins into my new accounts using the magic coin counter and I felt listened to and more up to speed with banking. The opening hours are brilliant and the app is very easy to use. I would/ have highly recommend Metro bank to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Very and very accessible at any time

Applied for a current account in minutes and it was delivered in less than a week. No fuss, no issues and can pop into the bank at any time of week which is great. Most definitely recommended. One of the best in the last 10 years no doubt! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
