One of the best bank in UK !!

Recently I opened a new bank account in Metro Bank Ilford branch, my overall experience was good, within 30 minutes I got my new bank account as well as an instant debit card, one of the best experiences!! The most helpful employees ever

When we moved to London in October 2018, we went to HSBC first to open an account. The person who dealt with us told us the earliest we could have an appointment was in 3 weeks. Now as a Turk whose mother and sister are both bankers this was the weirdest thing to me.Then we saw the metro bank`s review and decided to go to the Holborn branch. Literally in 30 minutes they opened my wife`s account and guided us through. I could not open due to not having my BRP yet but as soon as I got it opened my account there as well. since then I always recommended MetroBank to all my friends and clients as well. I think metro bank is honestly one of the best banks in my opinion I say that because you'll find good customer service and they won't keep you in the bank for hours like some other banks. This is by far best. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
