Just can not fault the service

Always open when needed. Always seem to sort out your problems there and then at the branch, unlike most banks who are closing banks and keep you waiting ages on the phone. Well done keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Brilliant service any day

Metro bank is easy to access in all the ways. They are available any time of the day even on Sundays! Services are quick and easy at the branches. Mobile banking is easy to work around with and can do most of the works on mobile banking, example reserving a safe box. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
