Always cheerful and helpful staff available even on Sundays. Smart and professional (as opposed to Barclays who look as though they've just come in from digging the garden). Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

I use Metro for online banking I find it’s an excellent way to keep on top of my finances. However, if there’s an issue there’s always staff available to speak to on the phone. Metro bank offer extended banking hours which I like as I’m always locking myself out of my account!! This also demonstrates they’re on top of security. I’d recommend Metro to my family and friends. I have had no problems what so ever whilst banking with metro bank, I have been a metro bank customer since I was 16 and I am 22 now. Their young savers account has one of if not the best rates I know of and they are really good at anti fraud detection which surprised me.
