Fantastic service with friendly and helpful staff.

I use Metro for online banking I find it’s an excellent way to keep on top of my finances. However, if there’s an issue there’s always staff available to speak to on the phone. Metro bank offer extended banking hours which I like as I’m always locking myself out of my account!! This also demonstrates they’re on top of security. I’d recommend Metro to my family and friends.
