Love this bank! Came from nationwide, who were absolutely awful, to metro! Set up my account in minutes online and next day went and to pick up my card! The app is amazing, the staff are amazing and friendly and I haven’t had an issue yet, and I don’t suspect I will have any issues! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Easy, friendly, fun!

Couldn’t recommend them enough. I don’t often visit the bank, as I don’t have much need too. However every single time I do I leave smiling. Staff are friendly and efficient. And you always have a laugh with them. There are no limits to when you can go in as they’re open late and also on Sundays. My favourite thing however is that you can take dogs in! My Bella loves it. I've always had the best service in store, the availability is also a positive. I love the fact they have a feature where you can deposit change and they'll add it to your account at no extra costs. I had issues with getting into my account and they helped me the same day within 10 minutes I had been seen, issue sorted and I was on my way again. Fantastic Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
