Excellent service and no messing about

From opening my account (and walking out with my debit card there and then - such a tiny thing, but why don't more banks do this?) to managing it online, I've had no problems with Metro. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I go in, too. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Miles ahead of the others

I’ve been with them for a decade now. Nothing but good stories to share. Customer service goes above and beyond to help you out. If you ask a question they answer in plain English. The accounts they offer meet my needs perfectly. If I had to say one thing they could improve it would be the lack of cash deposits at the post office. This would be really convenient if they could add it, especially since they don’t yet have branches covering the entire country. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
