General experience: At last a bank that does not leave me thinking of will cost ther £50 just to talk to them. When I was 24 years old the Midland Bank sent me a letter to say my account was £7 overdrawn...... And charged me for the letter. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Best service I've experienced from any bank

I have had accounts with most of the high street banks over the years but I had never experienced a truly customer-centred service until I moved my account to Metro Bank. From the convenient opening hours, to the friendly branch staff and the genuinely helpful telephone support, I have been impressed with every interaction. It has truly been a revelation to discover that when other banks are cutting services to consumers to a point that we are made to feel like an inconvenience, at least one bank still values our business. I recommend Metro Bank to all my friends, whenever they moan about the service they receive from their current provider (which happens increasingly regularly!). Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

A bank for everyone!

Metro Bank is the most convenient bank, most customer friendly bank and easy to get on with. They’re open 7 days, 24/7 call centre, walk-in service, need I say more? Easy to get on with their simply products and services, other places bombard you with complicated rewards and hidden charges. The internet banking could do with some work, but the features of the current account speak for themselves. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

The better Bank

Metro is the best. Customer service is impeccable. Time waiting for walk ins is great and professionally welcomed. A bank that allows Dog family members inside for water is a wonderful community gesture. App is the best. Advice provided is always focused and personally i cant fault them. (And i love to fault banks) I hope metro push their eco/sustainable resource and reduce their carbon foot print further though. We cannot do enough Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
