A bank that is there for you

The bank is people friendly, has a cash system that is child friendly so they are encouraged to save, and they always have water and biscuits available for dogs. My kind of bank. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Outstanding service

Compared to other banks, Metro is the only one that when you walk into, there is a staff says hello and enquires what they can do for you, even in every branches. WOW.

IT is the biggest, Brightest, Cleanest looking most modern Bank that i have ever been in, Customer Service is 2nd to none, Staff are smartly dressed, always smile & eager to help. They are only the 2nd people to allow pet`s into the bank with water bowls awaiting.All round an excelent Experience. Well done to Metrobank. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
