Best Bank ever

I have been with Metro because it's smart. It's a new generation banking. The branches are cool, the bankers are nice and polite. Metro offer super services and never let you down. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Metro Branch Milton Keynes is the best

Metro bank are the best. Their staff are not only caring, friendly and polite but they take the time to listen to you and do not judge. Their flexibility means that if you do not have time during the week you know that at weekends you can still make transactions at the week - for this reason alone they are much better than the High street banks hands down. Metro bank saved me hundreds of pounds.

I've chosen Metro Bank Plc in 2014 and that was the best decision I've made and I never regretted it. They are customer friendly and always helpful. Saving you hundreds of pounds. Very good exchange rates on foreign currency cash withrawals and it is free all accross Europe to draw cash. I highly recommend them as they are continuing to be awesome in every way. Great Bank

Vibrant, exciting and exhilarating

Everytime I visit this bank or even walk past my local high street kensington branch I feel my energy lifting as the bright colours of its exterior and interior awake a sense of excitement, a sense of change. I feel like our future generations will enjoy wealth and good health. So I would give Metro Bank a 10/10 for its marketing concept. Had they chosen dull light colours for its buildings and advertising I don't think I would have relied on this bank. It's marketing idea of displaying bright reds and blues make me feel they really are serious about our lives and have taken a risk of being bold and standing firm in their belief of delivering good products and reliable service. They (in normal times) leave their doors open until 8pm and are even open on Sundays. Metro Bank have spacious buildings which give customers a feeling of relaxation and comfort.
