11 years says a lot!

I have been with Metro Bank since the very beginning and I have never looked back! I constantly rave about their services, 24 hour phone support is fantastic and the same day card service.....saved me when I had lost mine and needed to get my car out of the mall car park! Not to mention dog friendly, what is not to love?! Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Always helpful

I’ve been with Metro bank for over 8 years and have never had any problems getting someone on the phone or when needing help instore. When I had my purse stolen a few years ago the staff who helped me went above and beyond to sort things out for me. I have my children’s accounts here too and have helped my parents swap their accounts over to Metro bank now too. 5* service Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Brilliant bank would rate 99/100

Amazing customer service. Very friendly. Only critique is resetting passwords and codes for the app and having to wait for magic word to appear by post. If it became 100% paperless would be a 10. :) Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Best Bank ever

Metro Branch Milton Keynes is the best

Metro bank are the best. Their staff are not only caring, friendly and polite but they take the time to listen to you and do not judge. Their flexibility means that if you do not have time during the week you know that at weekends you can still make transactions at the week - for this reason alone they are much better than the High street banks hands down. Metro bank saved me hundreds of pounds.

I've chosen Metro Bank Plc in 2014 and that was the best decision I've made and I never regretted it. They are customer friendly and always helpful. Saving you hundreds of pounds. Very good exchange rates on foreign currency cash withrawals and it is free all accross Europe to draw cash. I highly recommend them as they are continuing to be awesome in every way.
