I’ve always struggled with anxiety and sorting out problems I may have especially when it comes to sorting out any bank issues. Metro bank always make the experience customer friendly and calm as well as helping me as best they can. My favourite Bank!

I was one of your first customers when you opened in Tottenham Court Road. I have found your hours much better than other Banks and your personal service and attention in branches faultless. When I was living in Israel for several years, you did not charge me for withdrawing my cash there via the ATMs until those rules changed. I recommended you to many, many UK tourists visiting the souvenir shop where I was volunteering and as they visited Israel frequently, you will be pleased to hear that many opened a Metro account. I also have a savings account and am pleased with the rates, albeit poor due to the global financial situation. I LOVE your free pens, dog biscuits etc and the little dog friendly icons everywhere! In fact, your Bank gave me a dog bowl with "METRO BANK RULES" inside, along with dog biscuits and a dog necktie for my shared dog in Israel. When I brought these to my Israeli friends, they were astounded and when they were having a complaint session with their personal Israeli Bank Manager, they held up the bowl and necktie for their dog from the Metro Bank and said: "Look what the Metro Bank does! Your service is terrible! You give us nothing!" So you are famous in Jerusalem! Thank you for your great service. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

I have been with Metro Bank since the very beginning and I have never looked back! I constantly rave about their services, 24 hour phone support is fantastic and the same day card service.....saved me when I had lost mine and needed to get my car out of the mall car park! Always helpful

I’ve been with Metro bank for over 8 years and have never had any problems getting someone on the phone or when needing help instore. When I had my purse stolen a few years ago the staff who helped me went above and beyond to sort things out for me. I have my children’s accounts here too and have helped my parents swap their accounts over to Metro bank now too. 5* service Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Amazing customer service. Very friendly. Only critique is resetting passwords and codes for the app and having to wait for magic word to appear by post. If it became 100% paperless would be a 10. :) Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
