A bank that you get access via mobile, phone, internet and through banks - 7 days a week!!!

Whenever I need to speak to Metro Bank I know that there is someone there. I know I can speak to real people at any time - and they have kept their branches open 7 days a week - right through the pandemic lockdowns. Easy to access, real people to speak to.

Banking Made Easy

First time customer, opened account, got everything there and then including bank card, friendly staff always happy too help, they have been that good my granddaughter has joined them too! PS they are open when all the other banks are shut, but keep that quite, i like not having to queue! Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Easy banking

It’s easy and stress free to bank with metro bank as they are open 7 days week and only close a couple of times in the year. The current account is the best to have as it gives you access 24/7 online and on your mobile. I have been banking with them 10 years now and would recommend them for all their services. Safety deposit boxes free money counting service and one of the best is you are their personal touch with you being greeted as you enter the store. I won’t be changing anytime soon. Customer service - friendly

I’ve always struggled with anxiety and sorting out problems I may have especially when it comes to sorting out any bank issues. Metro bank always make the experience customer friendly and calm as well as helping me as best they can.
