I actually enjoy the service from metro bank. And find it although rare , always pleasant whenever I go into the branch. Which is out of the way as there isn’t many in London. But whenever I do go the staff are always nice and easy going. And dedicated to get to the bottom of whatever it is I’ve gone into to discuss Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

A bank that you get access via mobile, phone, internet and through banks - 7 days a week!!!

Whenever I need to speak to Metro Bank I know that there is someone there. I know I can speak to real people at any time - and they have kept their branches open 7 days a week - right through the pandemic lockdowns. First time customer, opened account, got everything there and then including bank card, friendly staff always happy too help, they have been that good my granddaughter has joined them too! It’s easy and stress free to bank with metro bank as they are open 7 days week and only close a couple of times in the year. The current account is the best to have as it gives you access 24/7 online and on your mobile. I have been banking with them 10 years now and would recommend them for all their services. Safety deposit boxes free money counting service and one of the best is you are their personal touch with you being greeted as you enter the store. I won’t be changing anytime soon.
