I have never had a bad experience with this bank

Everything has always ran smoothly, staff, whether in store or over the phone are always very pleasant, polite, friendly, efficient and professional. Easy to use and very manageable.

I find Metro Bank to be very useful in that I can call them any day of the week and get help, their mobile banking app is very easily navigated and they are very helpful both in branch, on the phone and online. The bank is open at better times -before work, and weekends and always have friendly staff. Every time I have used the bank , it was efficient , fast and met all needs from paying in money, to cashing up coins and adding to my mortgage. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

The best Bank I have dealt with in over forty years!

You are ALWAYS greeted individually and directed to the best place for your intended business. Products are clearly and honestly described. Branches are clean, modern and superbly furnished. Any other (High Street) Bank would be a let down after Metro! Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
