Its blatantly clear why Metro Bank is rated number one for customer service. I am able to get through to a Metro Bank representative within an instant, which can't be said about my HSBC account. I recommend Metro Bank to anyone & everyone who has had a bad experience with banking, they will restore faith in how financial institutions operate their business & prioritise their customers.
