Simple, effective banking!

I’ve been a customer of Metro Bank since 2017 and i’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Metro Bank, from their amazing services such as in store card printing so you don’t have to wait days for a new card, super helpful in store staff who are extremely polite, don’t keep you waiting long and always know how to help to your customer service line, there’s a lot to love. i have lost my bank card a few times and a quick trip to the bank and i have a new card, swiftly and safely. Queries over the phone are solved with professionalism and accuracy plus the bank opens until late and on weekends as well. What's not to love about Metro bank, im loyal to this bank. A Brilliant and Friendly Service

Anytime I need some assistance, it's not far away, and Metro Bank doesn't make it impossibly tricky to get in touch or to speak to the correct people. The online banking is simple and effective, giving me access to all my accounts on one easily navigated home page, and allowing me to set up new payees or send money to existing ones with no issues. The security is brilliant and the fraud team even more so, as they sorted out my case immediately and made me feel secure in doing so.
