Best customer service

Metro bank best for their customer service and also for their products. This is the only bank which is open even Sunday that is very helpful to me. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

I have been with Metro Bank for years and have never had any qualms. They’re always extremely helpful and efficient and all in all they’re an amazing bank to have an account with. Brilliant Service

So far brilliant and easy for me access to my account. Staff are help went I needed, they stay on phone to observe progress. Love metrobank

My local branch has long opening hours, helpful polite staff, we have drive through atm and teller. Can get new bank card made in minutes, I used to be with NatWest but so glad I moved. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
