I opened a current account at the Sheffield branch and was surprised with the customer service I received , 5 star and above , the advisor was very helpful and explained everything clearly ,I have recommended the bank to all my family and friends , keep up the good work ! Best banking and customer service ever

Metro Bank gives exemplary service on everything they provide. The day I opened my account I left the branch with my debit card in my hand (this had never happened to me before). When I lost my card, I rang Metro Bank and received a new one the very next day. During the covid pandemic I drove 25 miles to my nearest branch and they let me use their staff loo as there were no facilities open anywhere. This has never happened to me either. The customer service people on the phone are always polite, helpful, friendly and patient and can always help with my query. You don't get passed to different departments, they deal with everything on the same call (in my experience). I cannot fault Metro Bank for anything. They let you use their pens and take them home with you and you can even take your pooch in branch with you where they receive a drink of water and a fuss. I recommend Metro Bank to everyone. They really are the best at customer service. They've got everything right as far as I'm concerned. Reviewed on: 12th March 2021

Fast and friendly service

The website is easy to use, but if ever I need to talk to someone on the phone the response is usually quick and invariably friendly and helpful. New cards arrive within a day, and pin number the day after. They've also coped well with the pandemic, staying open and without drop in standards. Reviewed on: 12th March 2021
