Friendly people in the office, actually in the hall. The bank is not the old, office style. More like a community support place, where the focus is to provide quick solution, not to create more paper and do overwhelming administration. The new way of banking is the great way of banking. Great app and online banking

Doing transactions online is very easy with the online webpage and also the phone app. I find it much clearer and simpler than other online banks I use. If you do need to go into a branch for any reason, the staff are friendly and empowered to help. Reviewed on: 12th March 2021
