A refreshingly modern way to bank

I love the personal customer service experience. No being fobbed off with things going to 'head office'. I like that you are greeted on your arrival at the bank and directed to where you need to be. They are always helpful, professional and deal with your queries however trivial, as equally important. Internet security is good and I feel my money and my data is safe. Best bank for all circumstances

Metro is truly the most effective bank in the UK because once you have opened your account in shop u never need identification again . And if you lose your card you can just walk right in and get a replacement in 10min Reviewed on: 12th March 2021

Undoubtedly the best bank I have ever banked with, they are very attentive and caring regarding all circumstances, they go above and beyond to support you with whatever you need and whatever time of day, Customer services is 10/10 dosent matter who you speak with, the overall banking is very simple and easy to use also secure I have never had any issues with metro bank or understanding how they work.
