When we were looking to open our joint account with a new bank, we did investigate and we’re surprised about the smooth and fast process that metro had and the staff are always friendly and efficient .The online banking is the same very easy to navigate on the website. I opened a current account at the Sheffield branch and was surprised with the customer service I received , 5 star and above , the advisor was very helpful and explained everything clearly ,I have recommended the bank to all my family and friends , keep up the good work !
