Great account, great bank, great brand

So glad I joined Metro Bank. They are nothing but helpful every step of the way and it's so good that I can literally go into a branch out of normal office hours... even on a Sunday which is like WOW. Excellent!!! Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

I love metro bank.

Everything is so simple with them, the staff are so nice and welcoming, and they’re really professional and patient. The customer service is so amazing, plus they do not ever leave me on hold for a long time like other banks do. They help me with whatever I need help with. I can literally walk in to the bank and get a new card in under 20 minutes with no hassle. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

Great bank open 7 days a week very friendly

Excellent trouble-free service
