Easy right from the start

I joined metro Bank nearly 2 years ago and iv never had a complaint. From savings to international payments, their services have always helped me every step of the way. I always get amazing service whether it's in brach or over the phone. Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

Ethical, Friendly, Efficient

Whether online or in a branch office, there is always a feeling that one is being welcomed as a valuable partner. Especially when compared to my experiences in previous high-street banks, where I usually felt as a nuisance that was interrupting more important things. Efficient and friendly bank

I opened a bank account with Metro last year. It was a very quick and easy process. I use the app for daily banking and it is easy to navigate and stress-free. Each time I call about a banking query the phone is answered quickly (unlike other banks) and the representative is always friendly and efficient. I would recommend this bank to all. Great account, great bank, great brand

I love metro bank.

Everything is so simple with them, the staff are so nice and welcoming, and they’re really professional and patient. The customer service is so amazing, plus they do not ever leave me on hold for a long time like other banks do. They help me with whatever I need help with.
