Easy right from the start

Ethical, Friendly, Efficient

Whether online or in a branch office, there is always a feeling that one is being welcomed as a valuable partner. Especially when compared to my experiences in previous high-street banks, where I usually felt as a nuisance that was interrupting more important things. Efficient and friendly bank

I opened a bank account with Metro last year. It was a very quick and easy process. I use the app for daily banking and it is easy to navigate and stress-free. Each time I call about a banking query the phone is answered quickly (unlike other banks) and the representative is always friendly and efficient. I would recommend this bank to all.
