The title says it all, Metro Bank and there stuff in all the branches I have come and visited, have been brilliant. The welcoming when coming into the store is spot on. The cueing is never long, and you don't have to wait long when you are ordering a new bank card. Internet banking is really good and secure. Seven days opening and the longer hours is really helpful, especially when you work 10 hours a day and can not get to a bank during the day. Best bank I've ever used

Banking with HSBC is so much simpler than other banks. The online banking is safe but easy to use, when you go in branch or call staff are really friendly and helpful. It was easy to set up. I was a loyal customer to my old bank for 15 years and never thought I'd switch, but I wouldn't go back now and I've closed my old accounts. Metro are brilliant. Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

I am an international student and contacted many other banks to open a personal account here but everything was failed. Not having a bank account I was struggling for so many things and even get a part time job. Then I came to know about The Metro Bank one day I went there and talk to their front office staff I think her name was Alexa in Maidstone branch. I said my needs she explained well, what are the procedures I have to do and everything was simple also I opened my account, got debit card and mobile app activation everything happened within 1 hour. Every transaction, interaction and enquiry are always dealt in a very personal and professional manner. In all my years I have never experienced such professional and personal service from a bank.
