Whether visiting in person, and whatever the branch, or whether contacting the bank by phone, I have always had every issue resolved without fuss. My experience over last few years has been really good. I was previously with Nat West so perhaps my happiness is tinged with the excitement of a recovering alcoholic! Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

Outstanding customer service

Metro Bank was able to open an account for me when I most needed it (and the rest of the banks were asking for lots of documents to do that). Metro Bank listened to my needs and addressed them. I've been a client for almost 4 years and I have no complaints - well, too many security questions when I need to do some transaction over the telephone maybe! I am also amazed by the customer service they have. They are always polite, they never forget to ask you how you are and they are very helpful! Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

very helpfull bank

Great 24 hour service Metro banks open 7 days a week till late in the evening lost debit card in the past been to the bank and received new card within 30 min it would be great if other banks did this but unfortunately they are still in the dark ages and stuck in a time warp !! The title says it all, Metro Bank and there stuff in all the branches I have come and visited, have been brilliant. The welcoming when coming into the store is spot on. The cueing is never long, and you don't have to wait long when you are ordering a new bank card. Internet banking is really good and secure. Seven days opening and the longer hours is really helpful, especially when you work 10 hours a day and can not get to a bank during the day.
